• Implementation and Configuration • Execute, with occasional support from senior resources, implementations of the Charted AP automation platform, scheduling and running client meetings, performing discovery and configuration, guiding user acceptance testing, managing deployment to production, and producing all required documentation. • Project Management • Execute daily and weekly project management activities, including maintaining project plans in Asana, our project management platform, sending weekly project status updates to all clients, participating in weekly team standup meetings, and providing weekly project overview reports to team management. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Client Collaboration and Relationship Management • Assist with support of Charted for existing clients, performing troubleshooting, providing guidance related to features/functionality and best practices, executing end-user training, modifying existing configuration, and implementing new configuration as required. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust. • Continuous Improvement • Provide client and internal-driven feedback to the Product and Engineering teams regarding new feature/product requests to help drive future development. • Training and Support • Work with the Software Implementation and Product teams to help develop and maintain internal and client-facing training materials and documentation related to the Charted platform.
