Job Requirements

10–20+ years in healthcare staffing
Proven history closing staffing partnerships/accounts
Real Nashville-area relationships you can activate immediately
Strong operator knowledge of credentialing/compliance expectations and long-term placement realities
High-autonomy, results-driven, comfortable in fractional roles
