• Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end demand planning process across brands, categories, and channels • Own the monthly demand planning and S&OP / IBP demand review cadence • Develop accurate, unbiased demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs • Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and customer insights • Collaborate with Finance to align demand forecasts with budgets, financial outlooks, and scenario planning • Enable Supply Planning with a reliable demand signal to support service, capacity, and inventory objectives • Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and key performance metrics; lead root-cause analysis and improvement actions • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of demand planners • Own demand planning tools and work with IT/Data teams to drive automation, analytics, and system enhancements
