Job Description
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about insurance products
• Process policy changes and update customer information in the database
• Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Active insurance license is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
