• Process accounts payable: vendor invoices, payments, receipts • Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, payment monitoring, collections follow-up • Assist with payroll processing when required • Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly • Maintain accurate and organized digital financial documentation • Prepare financial summaries and weekly/monthly reports • Monitor and manage cash flow (track inflows/outflows to ensure operational funds) • Support month-end and year-end closing • Coordinate with operations for job costs, expenses, and payout verification • Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards
