Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications using Node.js, Angular, and MongoDB • Write clean, scalable, testable code following development best practices • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into architecture and implementation • Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, design, and operations teams across time zones • Build secure, HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications with focus on performance and reliability • Integrate AI-powered features and automation into neurology workflows • Participate in architecture discussions, driving scalability and system design decisions • Create and maintain documentation, coding standards, and testing frameworks • Participate in code reviews, agile rituals, and sprint planning • Debug, diagnose, and resolve issues across the stack

Job Requirements

5+ years of full-stack development experience in a product-based company
Strong expertise in Node.js, Angular (2+), and MongoDB
Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms (healthcare preferred)
Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy requirements (HIPAA/SOC2)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with microservices and API-first development
Experience working with distributed teams and strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Experience integrating AI/ML features preferred
