Job Description
• Close customers in a high-velocity sales cycle. Most customers buy within 1-3 weeks of initial outreach (many on the first call), so be prepared to win fast!
• Own the top of the funnel. Source (with help of SDRs), qualify, and engage leads through outbound campaigns that target founders and C-suite execs at venture-backed startups.
• Run thoughtful outreach experiments. Use CRM and AI tools to test messaging, copy styles, and channels to learn what converts—and build playbooks from what works.
• Identify high-potential opportunities. Lead demos to understand prospect needs and assess fit across segments—from emerging startups to established SaaS teams.
• Partner closely with leadership. Collaborate directly with our CEO and GTM leaders to refine positioning and scale outbound strategy.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in B2B.
- Proven winner. You have excelled in selling complex SaaS products.
- Strong and empathetic communicator. You know how to craft compelling messages and engage executives with confidence.
- Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling. You’re persistent, charismatic, and energized by unlocking tough conversations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset. You take initiative, crave feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Organized and process-driven thinker. You enjoy optimizing how you work, and you’re not afraid to try new tools or strategies to improve efficiency.
- Familiarity with outbound tools and workflows. You've used CRMs, sequencing tools, or AI-based outreach tools in a prior role.
- SF/Bay Area or NYC-based. We’re open to either, but need someone who can easily meet with customers/attend events in one of these markets.
