• Support the setup and configuration of Salesforce, Monday.com, and related digital tools. • Build and maintain automations, dashboards, and reports to streamline program and data workflows. • Ensure consistent data collection and alignment across platforms and program areas. • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access levels in Salesforce and other systems. • Support day-to-day operations of digital tools and platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with vendors. • Assist in developing and maintaining robust data pipelines that integrate data from multiple sources and partners. • Provide responsive technical support for internal teams and external stakeholders (including regional nodes), addressing platform-related issues promptly and effectively. • Track the effectiveness and performance of digital platforms, providing insights to improve system functionality and user engagement. • Clean, import, and validate program and partner data across multiple systems. • Support integration efforts, ensuring data extraction from diverse platforms seamlessly aggregates into Salesforce CRM. • Develop standard reports and dashboards for tracking project progress and outcomes. • Support data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security. • Assist in implementing performance metrics and reporting frameworks. • Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues. • Document system configurations, workflows, and data models. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical requirements and test new features. • Conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient adoption and utilization of digital platforms. • Collaborate with hub and node teams to identify ongoing technical training and support needs, ensuring consistent competency across regions. • Work closely with the Senior Program Manager to scope, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements. • Partner with the Hub team to provide ongoing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for regional nodes. • Contribute to the design and optimization of scalable, efficient digital processes. • Share best practices and help build a repository of user guides, documentation, and training resources to strengthen system adoption across the NNME network.
