• Develop and lead the AI architecture strategy, aligned with business objectives and the company’s innovation priorities • Design and oversee the implementation of AI and generative AI solutions (RAG, integrations, orchestrations) • Serve as the convergence point between architects, data engineers, developers, RPA teams, security and business partners to ensure smooth and coherent AI initiatives • Actively participate in the implementation of initial AI solutions (prototypes, RAG integrations, orchestrations) to validate approaches and accelerate adoption across teams • Mentor and guide technical teams in designing and deploying new AI architectures while supporting internal upskilling on these technologies • Establish governance, ethics and security principles to ensure responsible and transparent use of artificial intelligence • Maintain continuous technology watch to advise leadership on emerging trends and opportunities
