Job Requirements

6+ years of experience as a software engineer
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
Experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps
Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data
Ability to balance shipping new features and managing tech debt
Experience with code reviews and bug investigations
Ability to provide technical leadership to the team
Experience coaching engineers in their career development
Customer obsession, prioritizing outcomes and experiences
