Job Description
• Leading and growing our Sales Engineering team of former security practitioners.
• Architecting and managing our sales process from initial technical discovery, proper qualification, POV execution, and ultimately deal closure.
• Serving as the technical escalation point across strategic customer engagements.
• Ensuring every evaluation reflects clarity, execution discipline, and a high bar for technical depth.
Job Requirements
- Proven leadership building high-performing Sales Engineering teams – ideally within cybersecurity
- A history of operating in or directly supporting real security operations
- Hands-on experience owning and scaling POV/POC motions
- A meticulous and process-driven mindset
- A bias toward action and decision-making
- Exceptional communication range, able to move fluidly between technical validation, SOC expert, and customer storytelling.
