• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements • Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including: Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments • Revenue and margin analysis • Working capital analysis (NWC) and net debt considerations • Customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses • Review clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling • Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation • Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams
