Job Description
• Create and drive execution of plans that ensure Circana’s measurement solutions are adopted and refined to match market and customer needs
• Accountable for driving revenue growth and commercial impact through the expanded adoption of Circana’s measurement and experimentation solutions
• Independently manage a portfolio of measurement objectives and associated revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and growth of assigned commercial targets
• Ensure Circana measurement offerings demonstrate value of Circana products & create content to support the development of sales collateral/training/insights
• Understand opportunities and challenges advertisers and partners are facing to properly value return on investment and turn into activation strategies
• Drive strategic direction for the changing landscape of attribution and measurement
• Influence product roadmap and effectively communicate market needs with a focus on driving revenue
• Present measurement project findings and actionable recommendations to executive client leadership, and owns meetings with key analytics contacts
• Partner with across the industry to unlock new partnership opportunities and advancements
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in Media Measurement to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor
• Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers
• Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value
• Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing or product management
- Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, attribution, A/B testing, incrementality tests) and advertising products
- Knowledge of advancements in MMM, sales effectiveness measurement solutions, and market demands that shape the future of measurement solutions
- Ability to address complex/technical offerings with products, translating them simply for sales/customers; ability to handle strategic and difficult business problems, and manage and analyze data to distill powerful insights
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion
- Experience working with Agency measurement & media.
