Job Description
• Serve as a domain expert and thought leader
• Lead the design and development of the ML/AI architecture
• Partner with Netflix’s platform teams to define high-leverage capabilities
• Design end-to-end ML data foundations and implement observability
• Help define rigorous and scalable evaluation frameworks
• Lead the design of foundational capability layers that scale across use cases
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of designing and productionizing advanced AI systems
- MS or PhD in ML, Computer Science, or related fields
- Significant experience in building, deploying, and evaluating robust agentic systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and minimal process
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide team members without relying on formal authority
- Passionate about AI advancements and contributing to the broader AI community
