• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise data warehouse environments to ensure availability, scalability, and performance • Design, develop, and support ETL workflows using SSIS and other Microsoft BI components • Manage data integrations via APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) to extract and transform data from systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, and other enterprise applications • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across multiple data sources and systems • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement data models, schemas, and transformation logic • Create, schedule, and monitor data pipelines to meet SLA and performance targets • Support enterprise reporting and analytics through tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, and WebFOCUS • Implement best practices for data governance, metadata management, and security • Troubleshoot ETL and API integration issues, monitor system performance, and support production releases • Document data flows, integration logic, and APIs to ensure maintainability and compliance
