• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth for new and returning patients. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications within scope of licensure and in accordance with TeleMed2U protocols. • Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including routine follow-ups, medication monitoring, and crisis intervention when appropriate. • Collaborate with supervising physicians, therapists, case managers, and primary care providers to ensure continuity of care. • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. • Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust plans as needed. • Participate in peer review, case discussions, and clinical team meetings. • Stay current with continuing education, licensing requirements, and professional standards in psychiatric care. • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines in all patient interactions. • Support TeleMed2U’s mission to expand access to quality behavioral health care through innovative telehealth services.
