Job Description
Job Requirements
- BSME in Marine Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience aboard a T-AO 187 Class Oiler
- Experience with government contracts and in-service ship repair and ship new construction for DOD Vessels
- Project Management skills
- Ability to write concise reports and specifications in English with minimal oversight in MS Word
- Extensive experience in ship design, modification, or maintenance projects
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work alone on individual projects with minimal supervision and with other Engineering Disciplines on a team
- Ability to interface with team members, technical leads, and Project Managers
- Ability to review and apply US Navy and/or US commercial ship design requirements
