Job Description
• Lead C-MORE’s AI strategy and model development
• Build agent-based systems (including using latest LLMs, context engineering, RAG)
• Ensure AI accuracy, scalability, and performance
• Integrate AI deeply into the C-MORE SaaS
• Oversee data governance and AI compliance
• Mentor and grow a world-class AI team
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in AI/ML/data engineering
- Strong experience with LLMs
- Experience deploying ML systems at scale
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Has built an agent that processes data and knows challenges we will face
