• Own the vision and roadmap for products that accelerate open science and support researchers worldwide • Build and nurture communities of scientists to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and launch features that maximize scientific impact • Gather feedback from the research community to continuously refine and prioritize product development • Measure real-world impact on research efficiency, collaboration, and discovery

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience as a mission-driven product leader passionate about advancing open science and accelerating discovery
Experience building products that serve researchers and scientific communities
A passion for advancing open science and enabling collaborative, transparent research tools
A data-driven and user-focused approach to product development, iterating based on feedback and measurable impact
Experience in community building or working within research/scientific organizations is highly desirable
A proven ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a demonstrated team orientation with strong ability to drive projects autonomously as needed
