• Lead functional QA testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications, workflows, modules, and integrations • Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, regression test suites, and test scripts • Validate PLM enhancements, configurations, product structures, change management processes, and integrations • Perform defect identification, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams for resolution • Support release cycles by ensuring readiness through thorough end-to-end validation • Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and full coverage of business needs • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and documentation • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements in QA processes
