• Develop and maintain a rolling 90-day demand forecast at the product family, customer, and regional level. • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer input to generate high-fidelity forecasts. • Integrate account-level planning, sales funnel inputs, and rebate strategy impacts into the forecasting model. • Actively lead weekly SIOP meetings to present forecast assumptions, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend adjustments. • Align closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure demand plans are integrated across planning functions. • Work cross-functionally to link demand planning with supply, logistics, and workforce plans. • Support the automation of demand planning processes, including potential scenario simulation or digital supply chain capabilities (nice to have).
