Job Description
• Support Epic implementation, configuration, and maintenance for clinical applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze clinical workflows and optimize system functionality
• Provide expertise in Epic tools, including Clinical Case Management, Rover, MyChart Bedside, Behavioral Health, and Epic Monitor
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing workflows
• Conduct system troubleshooting, integration, and security assessments
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and quality assurance processes
• Manage project timelines, financial resources, and stakeholder expectations
• Provide technical training and documentation to end-users
Job Requirements
- Epic Certification in EpicCare Inpatient – Clinical Documentation (Secure Chat, Rover, Case Management, Behavioral Health)
- 8+ years of experience in Epic implementation, Health IT, and application development
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and security protocols
- Expertise in system integration, troubleshooting, and enterprise-level IT solutions
- Ability to assess user needs, develop specifications, and provide technical guidance
- Strong experience in software quality assurance, testing, and project management
