Job Requirements
- Minimum Two years experience
- Must provide supervision to Associate Counselors
- Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Provide consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
