• Work directly with SOC analysts, OT security teams, vulnerability managers, incident responders, and threat-intelligence analysts to redesign their operations with agentic AI • Gather requirements, document high-value AI use cases, map as-is and to-be workflows, and design intelligent, multi-agent processes for Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Posture Control, Threat Intelligence, and OT Security Operations • Partner with architects and developers to ensure ServiceNow automations are accurate, secure, responsible, and aligned to modern cyber frameworks • Lead workshops with SOC, NOC, OT, and cybersecurity teams to map current-state processes, design optimized, AI-enhanced future-state workflows • Identify AI opportunities across SecOps and OT operations • Provide advisory on cyber frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST 800-53/82, CIS Controls, NERC CIP, TSA pipeline/aviation frameworks, ISO 27001/62443, and DOE/ICS best practices
