• Own the PR strategy and execution for Fullscript - including proactive media outreach, press release development, and reactive media response. • Build and maintain strong relationships with health/wellness, tech, business, and lifestyle media outlets. • Identify and secure opportunities for executive visibility, brand storytelling, product features, and thought leadership in external media. • Help manage agency to support PR and communications initiatives. • Develop and maintain press materials and core messaging materials. • Co-own the organic social media strategy across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), driving engagement, growth, and brand consistency. • Manage a content calendar that aligns with product launches, educational content, campaigns, and brand milestones. • Create, write, and/or oversee the creation of posts, stories, reels, videos, and other social-first content. • Partner with internal teams across marketing and cross-function (Education, Product, Commercial, etc.) to source and amplify content. • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all external communications and social channels. • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Education teams to ensure key initiatives are supported through PR and social media. • Craft communications plans for major company initiatives, launches, or events, and partner with leadership on executive communications. • Track and report on media coverage, PR campaign performance, and social media analytics. • Use insights to optimize strategies, improve content performance, and demonstrate ROI.
