Job Description
• Build and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, events)
• Design and implement AI-powered automation to scale prospecting efforts while maintaining quality
• Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
• Craft personalized outreach sequences that resonate with mission-focused prospects
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and book initial discovery meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and track campaign performance metrics
• Experiment with new channels, messaging, and tools to continuously improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead qualification criteria and messaging based on what converts
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
- Experience selling to or working with non-profits, government, or mission-driven organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take full ownership of results
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to automate workflows and scale efforts
- Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling outreach
- Comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) and lead generation tools
- Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on metrics and continuously optimize based on results
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation or pipeline targets
- US work authorization required.
