Job Description

• Manage and mentor a global team of Solutions Architects • Drive the strategic vision for technical solutions in data center and workplace sectors • Establish global standards for solution design and proposal generation • Oversee complex solution designs and ensure they meet profitability targets • Partner with Global Strategic Account Managers for multi-national RFP responses • Act as a trusted advisor to client C-level executives • Collaborate with Product Management to influence development roadmap • Ensure compliance with regional and international regulations • Align with Global Operations leadership for consistent execution across geographies

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technical, or Engineering field required
10+ years of Technical Pre-Sales or Solutions Architecture experience
3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams
Proven track record of managing international teams or supporting multi-national enterprise accounts
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 25–40%)
Deeply knowledgeable in data center hardware lifecycles
Strong background in DaaS models and end-user asset refresh programs
Expertise in structuring global pricing models and analyzing P&L for complex services
Ability to navigate cultural nuances and time zone challenges
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
