• Coordinate and assist with deployment, support activities, database upgrades, and application of patches. • Develop data migration plans and scripts, work with Oracle support on issues and bug fixes, manage tablespaces, account management, performance tuning, troubleshooting databases and debugging PLSQL. • Plan and schedule maintenance including security patching and emergency responses for database management systems and platforms in the production environment. • Configure and install systems hardware or software and maintain server and domain security requirements. • Plan and schedule the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems and applications software. • Maintain systems configuration and manage the installation and integration of system fixes, upgrades and enhancements. • Maintains the integrity and performance of databases and ensures that data is stored securely and optimally. • Strong database troubleshooting and performance tuning skills, especially in Oracle. • Experience in installing, upgrading, and configuring databases servers. • Assist in preparing and providing custom reports from the application as requested. • Support, administer, and maintain multiple Oracle databases in support of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) • Work with developers to design and deliver optimal data-based solutions • Work with DevSecOps engineers to support operating system (OS) level changes • Analyze system logs to perform root-cause analysis of performance or infrastructure issues • Analyze database performance to improve responsiveness and to right-size deployments • Participate in design meetings with other projects and the client’s technical specialists • Provide support for downstream testing efforts and defect resolution • Work with other agile • Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies • Experience migrating Oracle databases between platforms • Experience managing production Oracle databases running on AWS RDS • Experience with Red Hat Linux • Experience with data replication using AWS DMS • Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite • Software installation; Patching; Upgrades • Oracle Access manager • Oracle Internet Directory • SSO integration with ICAM • Oracle reports • WebLogic
