• Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, organizational units, group policies, and user accounts with a specific focus on identity management • Develop and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and user provisioning • Create and maintain comprehensive identity management policies, procedures, and documentation • Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory and IAM-related issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security and operational standards • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory and IAM solutions with various applications and systems • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline identity management processes • Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users regarding Active Directory and IAM-related issues • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Active Directory, IAM, LDAP and security Level 2 and 3 support for issues across the enterprise
