• Own and deliver the product roadmap, aligning with the CPO and company strategy. • Scope and Plan Work items (Bugs/User Stories/Epics/Initiatives) ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. • Lead the decision making process for priorities, blocker resolution, spikes and requirement definition. • Engage directly with customers and users to validate concepts and to identify potential opportunities for future product growth. • Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and success. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams — design, development, data, and business — to successfully launch and communicate new features and turn ideas into impact. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track. • Train the team to ensure deep product and customer knowledge and maintain high-quality standards. • Champion continuous improvement, ensuring teams stay agile, accountable, and aligned. • Represent the product function in leadership discussions when the CPO is unavailable.
