Job Description
• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video between English and Korean in medical settings
• Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care
Job Requirements
- Medical calls interpretation skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Remote interpretation experience in both languages is preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field
- HIPAA compliance
- Ethernet connection (must be connected directly to the router via cable); Wi-Fi is not allowed
- Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset
- Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox
- Processor: i5 or higher, 6th generation or newer
- Camera: Minimum resolution of 1080p
- Full-time availability, 5 days a week (2 days off)
