• Design and implement automated test solutions to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance • Partner across the organization and with developers to ensure solutions meet requirements and are testable from the start • Write both product and test code to deliver against project timelines and quality standards • Design software components (functionality, defect fixes, automated tests) as part of larger solutions • Define comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts • Identify and troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions • Create synthetic test data to validate functionality in lower environments • Contribute to product development as needed, while maintaining a primary focus on testing and test automation
