• Lead rapid “lift and shift” migrations of physical and legacy infrastructure to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Develop and execute migration plans, including assessment, planning, and implementation of cloud migration strategies. • Collaborate with solution architects and design teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AWS cloud solutions. • After migration, drive modernization efforts by refactoring, rearchitecting, and automating workloads to take advantage of AWS cloud-native services. • Develop and maintain tools for provisioning, monitoring, auditing, and de-provisioning AWS infrastructure using Python, Ansible, and other automation tools. • Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure technologies using industry-standard tools like Jenkins and GitLab Runners. • Incorporate FinOps principles into AWS cloud strategies, ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency. • Mentor and lead junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
