Job Description

• Produce a high volume of TikTok content that aligns with brand goals, platform behavior, and cultural trends. • Develop concepts, hooks, and formats that drive attention and retention. • Deliver scripts, shot lists, and edits with clarity and speed. • Build a repeatable creative workflow that allows for testing, iteration, and consistent output. • Work closely with the team to interpret insights, performance data, and community signals. • Maintain a strong visual and tonal identity that reinforces our brand across every post. • Identify new ideas, formats, and cultural moments that can generate breakthrough engagement.

Job Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience creating TikTok or short-form video content.
A strong sense of what works on TikTok and why.
Experience concepting, filming, and editing your own videos from start to finish.
Ability to adapt content for real-time trends, comments, and cultural moments.
Skilled in hooks, pacing, storytelling, and on-camera presence.
Deep familiarity with internet culture, fandoms, communities, and emerging creators.
Comfortable interpreting analytics and making content stronger through data.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in education, creator-led content, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
