• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure , multi-tenant agentic AI platform and MCP server infrastructure • Define technical strategy, architectural blueprints, and component-level specifications for shared AI services • Evaluate and select core technologies, frameworks, and tools to enable robust AI/ML development and deployment • Build and maintain AI/ML Ops pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management at scale • Define methods to quantify performance and define desired model behavior in business-scoped areas/workflows • Drive comparative testing and benchmarking of LLMs, agents, tools, and supporting components to ensure optimal selections • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering technical excellence and a culture of innovation • Collaborate with the AI/ML Product Manager and UX Designer to align technical execution with product strategy and UX principles • Partner with product engineering teams across the portfolio to integrate shared AI platform capabilities into their products • Implement enterprise-grade security, compliance, and observability for all AI platform components • Establish coding, testing, and documentation best practices for reusable AI tooling and services • Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical and trustworthy deployment of AI systems
