• Mentor and coach junior professionals by fostering skill development, promoting best practices, and encouraging collaboration through open feedback and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Actively participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to enhance team knowledge and code quality • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members • Demonstrate solid functional knowledge of NetSuite and ability to analyze the effectiveness of business operations and identify opportunities for improvement • Participate in client business development activities including client meetings, preparation of proposals, statements of work and development of project estimates • Lead NetSuite-related projects including implementations, integrations, and enhancements by applying best coding practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline goals • Create and integrate automated testing frameworks to improve the reliability and efficiency of quality assurance processes • Ensure projects’ accomplishment of desired scope, timeline and quality and follow Connor Group defined best practices and approaches • Work with CG leadership to establish the vision, strategy and roadmap for development and release of SuiteApp solutions • Design, develop, and release scalable SuiteApp solutions using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow while ensuring they meet NetSuite marketplace standards and integrate seamlessly with third-party systems • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for SuiteApp functionality
