Job Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, primarily in English and Spanish
• Monitor and engage with our community on social media platforms using Sprinklr
• Deliver timely, empathetic, and professional support to resolve customer concerns
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed
• Uphold our brand voice and community guidelines in all public interactions
• Contribute to a positive customer experience that reinforces trust and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written communication
- 1–2+ years of experience in customer support or community management
- A strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
- Familiarity with Sprinklr or other community/social media management tools
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, French, German, or Portuguese (Nice If You Have)
