• Lead and execute strategic infrastructure initiatives across AWS to ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our production systems • Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure services, including networking, compute, storage, and CI/CD pipelines supporting a multi-tenant SaaS environment • Develop and implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal performance and early detection of issues • Improve observability through better logging, metrics, and tracing to drive faster root cause analysis and continuous service improvement • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure supports fast, safe deployments and high uptime SLAs • Assist in defining and executing the cloud infrastructure roadmap, including long-term scalability, cost optimization, and automation goals • Own and optimize PostgreSQL database operations, while also evaluating and recommending future data storage and management technologies (e.g., NoSQL, managed data services, or distributed databases) • Enhance disaster recovery, high availability, and incident response strategies for critical services • Contribute to security posture improvements, including IAM design, encryption, network security, and compliance alignment • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices for infrastructure-as-code, automation, and cloud governance
