Job Description
• Provide enterprise-level assistance to customers
• Oversee development and dissemination of usage guides, support guides, knowledgebase, and FAQs
• Implement policies and procedures to support areas of responsibility
• Monitor, track, benchmark, and analyze Network trends
• Assess need for any system reconfigurations based on incidents
• Lead the development of comprehensive enterprise network solution and support model
• Manage a team of professional services engineers
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Job Requirements
- Ability to lead cross functional teams from Engineering
- Ability to lead programs of continuous improvement within the Engineering organization
- Ability to oversee development, implementation, and administration of Engineering procedures and policies
- Ability to plan and organize work consistent with strategic goals
- Skillful in identifying customer needs and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
- Skillful in workforce planning and oversight of financial resources
- Ability to keep abreast of developments and relevant technologies
- Excellent skills in communicating complex technical items clearly
