• Own month-end close and financial reporting for complex client accounts using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Uplinq’s proprietary accounting system. • Prepare and document advanced journal entries. • Handle job costing, inventory tracking, and class/location-based reporting as needed. • Manage and troubleshoot third-party integrations. • Build and maintain client-specific SOPs, documentation, and QBO workflows. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients—leading calls, owning relationships, and resolving escalations. • Review junior team members’ work and provide clear, constructive feedback.
