Job Description

• Execute 100% outbound prospecting into institutional, fintech, and Web3 clients • Build targeted lead lists and run structured multi-touch sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, event follow-up) • Qualify prospects using a working understanding of blockchain security, custody, and digital-asset infrastructure • Collaborate with Account Executives on account penetration and territory development • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Apollo/HubSpot/Salesforce-style tools

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an SDR / BDR / ADR / Lead Generation Specialist / Outbound Sales Development Representative with measurable outbound performance
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified meetings in a technical B2B environment
Experience with Web3, digital-asset platforms, or cybersecurity concepts; applicants without prior exposure to these markets are unlikely to be a match
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High research capability, persistence, and autonomous working habits
