Job Description

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, WIP, fixed assets, deferred revenue, AP/AR) • Review AP invoice submissions and ensure proper breakout by sensor serial number • Maintain SensorCosts, SensorMaster, WIP, and cohort tracking • Process capitalization entries and monthly cohort depreciation • Manage AP workflows via Brex/Mercury • Support customer billing and revenue accuracy • Assist with NetSuite migration and process automation initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 3–6+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong GAAP knowledge (ASC 360, WIP, PPE, fixed assets)
  • Experience with hardware or IoT manufacturing preferred
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills
  • Experience with QBO, NetSuite, Brex, Mercury a plus
