• Provide programming and development support to extend and enhance the functionality of the OnBase platform. • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks and scripted job aids. • Develop and maintain APIs, integrations and interfaces between multiple enterprise systems. • Peer review, test, and validate new or updated programmatic functionality to ensure visual accuracy and functional quality. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements and rules and translate them into actionable technical solutions or user stories. • Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools and approaches to improve efficiency and system capabilities. • Work closely with internal teams and external vendor resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues down to the root cause. • Implement system enhancements, configuration changes and optimizations within the OnBase environment. • Develop, configure and maintain workflow solutions, automation processes and document management features in OnBase. • Coordinate departmental change requests from initial business analysis through configuration and implementation. • Create training materials and provide documentation to support newly implemented workflows or system enhancements.
