• You will own the 0-1 product design process by conducting research, designing solutions from insights, iterating based on data, and collaborating closely with product and engineering to deliver best-in-class products. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate design thinking and innovation. • You’ll be leading design solutions for law enforcement, first responders, and 911 dispatchers. • You will be designing across devices—desktop, tablet, and mobile apps in various environments. • You will be proactively meeting with the design team for feedback, product teams to plan the roadmap, and engineering for sprint meetings to drive the work forward. • You are comfortable presenting design solutions to our customers and leadership teams, actively seeking feedback, and iterating quickly. • You care deeply about product craftsmanship, are proficient in Figma, and contribute to design systems and consistent pattern libraries. • You will drive AI/ML across the product portfolio.
