• Translate data into strategic insights via memos, presentations, dashboards, etc. to support decision-making for operational and leadership teams • Building analytical models to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes (e.g., analyzing sensor temperatures to spot unhealthy devices) • Build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data structures and business priorities • Build a strong sense of product and data acumen (e.g. customer experience, data logging) • Perform a variety of exploratory analyses that help us understand the health of our products and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
