Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B/B2C events (specifically large-scale global user conferences or roadshows)
- Deep familiarity with the event lifecycle, allowing you to manage complex logistics from Day 1 without extensive training
- A track record of sourcing and managing large-scale production and hospitality partners under tight deadlines
- Expert-level skill in developing ROS, floorplans, and technical production schedules
- Immediate fluency in Google Workspace and Splash (or similar registration platforms)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable jumping into a fast-moving environment mid-project.
