• Responsible for the performance of tasks related to EHR system implementation, adoption, enhancement, and support. • Meets with relevant personnel and coordinates information gathering and workflow observations. • Produces documentation including current and future state workflows, pros/cons, gap analysis, needs assessments, design specifications, build documentation, test plans, project plans, status reports and transitionary documentation. • Prepares training material and conducts training classes in either virtual or in-person settings.
