Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience
- Expertise with GlobalProtect Linux agents (6.2.x / 6.3.x)
- Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting across multiple Linux distros (Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL, Rocky, CentOS, Debian, Mint, Arch, NixOS)
- Experience with FIDO2 authentication
- Experience integrating Entra ID (Azure AD) with Linux endpoints
- Experience with Silverfort for headless Linux authentication
- Strong debugging ability with TLS & certificate chains, DNS & routing, SSL/GRE/IPSec VPN behaviours on Linux
- Ability to troubleshoot agent installation, connectivity, routing, and tunnel issues on Linux
- Ability to diagnose systemd services, certificates & trust stores, DNS issues, NetworkManager, kernel/module dependencies, firewall rules (iptables / nftables)
