Job Description
• Provide essential support and guidance for franchisees
• Assist new franchisees with setting up their business for success
• Review monthly financial statements to advise franchisees
• Assist with franchise compliance enforcement
Job Requirements
- Experience owning and/or managing a growing business
- Ideally experience in the restoration/construction industry
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Ability to provide ongoing support to franchisees
- Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month
