Job Description
• Drive Revenue Growth and Strategic Account Planning by developing and managing a sales pipeline.
• Achieve booking targets and lead account planning and strategy development across assigned state, local, and education customers.
• Cultivate Trusted Customer Relationships and Collaborate Internally by developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key government and education decision-makers.
• Partner with a Solution Architect and other internal SMEs to provide the best customer experience.
• Ensure Mission Alignment and Strategic Capture Execution by assessing customer needs, positioning IMGS offerings, and developing capture strategies.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of direct state and local government sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the procurement, budget, and acquisition cycle for State, Local government, and Education (SLED) accounts.
- Proven ability in consultative sales, including prospecting, negotiating, and translating customer needs into solution requirements.
- Experience reading, understanding, and responding to complex contracts, RFIs, RFPs, and SOWs.
- University/college degree or relevant experience in a related field.
